Lease Information

  • A one-time sublet fee applies
  • Resident and Sublet must agree on who will pay for utilities
  • Resident must review terms of the lease with Sublet and discuss the security deposit for the apartment.
  • Landlord will keep the security deposit already paid for the apartment until the end of the lease. Resident may charge Sublet for this deposit if desired. Landlord will not be involved in that decision or handle any related transaction.
  • At the time of lease expiration, the security deposit will be settled within 45 days and sent to one person. Each person on the sublease agreement must agree where the security deposit settlement will be sent after the lease expiration.
  • Approval of any sublets is not guaranteed and must be approved by the management.
